First Blood Drive of the Year

Did you know that 3 teaspoons of blood can save a baby's life? 
Did you also know that one donation of blood has the potential to save as many as 3 lives?

The first blood drive of the year held on the 27th of October, ended with a great success. 
We held a brief noon hour down by the outdoor stage to promote the good cause and forms were available to the students in A5. 
As a result, Aiea High School was able to earn a striking number of 52 pints! 
Keep up the good work Aiea, and let’s see if we are able to beat our own score during our next blood drive!
Warm caring hearts are what makes Na' Ali'i's blood drive so special.

September 16, 2010: The day before homecoming, students gained more spirit and competitivness. The dress-up theme was "movie character dress up." Students wore halloween-like costumes all over the campus, mimicking their favorite movie characters. Each class made their way to A5 during wiki to retrieve their spirit points while classes distributed their class t-shirts. The lunch noon-hour was also a success, gathering a large crowd toward the end due to the lunch food booths. The games were themed, "music game day," connecting the movie character dress up with musical games for entertainment.
