Aiea Fest 2018: Food Booth Friday

Aiea Fest continued to its second week with Food Booth Friday to wrap up a week (or two) of festivities celebrating Aiea pride.
So much options to choose from!
No one left hungry after noon hour.

Out of over 200 students who passed the SBA last year, one lucky senior earned a free prom bid!
Keep up the good work Aiea! Juniors, do well on the SBA and you could have a chance to win too!

Thank you to the Polynesian Club for a noon hour performance!

Hope you had a great Aiea Fest!

Milken Award Recipient: Ken Kang

Aiea High School's own Ken Kang was pleasantly surprised by the presentation of the Milken Educators Award.

A welcome chant performed by the Hawaiian dance class.

... here to present the Milken Award as well as a $25000 check to Aiea's Ken Kang.

Congratulations Mr. Kang!
Thank you for all the work that you do as well as inspiring students on a daily basis.

In the midst of Aiea Fest, we've got our second Blood Drive of the school year!

Check in time!

After blood donation, donors were able to get some refreshments before heading back to class.

Thank you donors as well as American Red Cross volunteers for another successful blood drive! Thanks to you we were able to donate 65 pints and save over 180 lives!
