RTI Testing and ID Picture Taking
July 16 - 18, 2012 -





      Shortly before the new school year began, each grade level was assigned a day from 8 am - 1 pm where they were presented with the opportunity to come to school to take their STAR RTI tests and pick up their schedules. The seniors came on July 16th, the juniors on July 17th, and the sophomores on July 18th. Testing took place in the library or in J3, and would evaluate their comprehensive reading, grammar, and math skills. Students were allowed 1 - 2 hours to finish their tests. After completion, the students were then allowed to go down to the cafe to pick up their schedules. Many people came to this event, but those who did not or were unable to attend would have a chance on the first day of school to make up what they missed.

HOMECOMING WEEK - DAY 4: CHARACTER DRESS UP

September 16, 2010: The day before homecoming, students gained more spirit and competitivness. The dress-up theme was "movie character dress up." Students wore halloween-like costumes all over the campus, mimicking their favorite movie characters. Each class made their way to A5 during wiki to retrieve their spirit points while classes distributed their class t-shirts. The lunch noon-hour was also a success, gathering a large crowd toward the end due to the lunch food booths. The games were themed, "music game day," connecting the movie character dress up with musical games for entertainment.
