WINTERBALL 2010




December 19, 2010: Aiea High School's annual winterball event was held on Sunday, December 19, 2010 at Pacific Beach Hotel in Waikiki. The planning and preparing for the event took a lot of work, but resulted in a night to remember for all participants. Student leaders along with the winterball court arrived at 3 o'clock for ballroom set up. The decorations corresponded with the theme, "Everything I Ever Wanted" and lilac, light blue, pearl and silver table settings filled the room, sure to get everyone in the christmas spirit! HOMECOMING WEEK - DAY 4: CHARACTER DRESS UP

September 16, 2010: The day before homecoming, students gained more spirit and competitivness. The dress-up theme was "movie character dress up." Students wore halloween-like costumes all over the campus, mimicking their favorite movie characters. Each class made their way to A5 during wiki to retrieve their spirit points while classes distributed their class t-shirts. The lunch noon-hour was also a success, gathering a large crowd toward the end due to the lunch food booths. The games were themed, "music game day," connecting the movie character dress up with musical games for entertainment.
