COOL TREATS FOR HOLIDAY WINNERS

December 9, 2010: Winners of the holiday door decorating contest received their cool treats on a surprisingly hot winter day. A tub of vanilla ice cream was delivered to the two class contest winners along with a variety of sundae drizzles like caramel, fudge, and strawberry and banana and nut toppings. Pictured above is Mrs. Garcia's period five class wearing nothing but smiles, excited to endulge in their well-earned treat. (Click on the image provided above to enlarge)

HOMECOMING WEEK - DAY 4: CHARACTER DRESS UP

September 16, 2010: The day before homecoming, students gained more spirit and competitivness. The dress-up theme was "movie character dress up." Students wore halloween-like costumes all over the campus, mimicking their favorite movie characters. Each class made their way to A5 during wiki to retrieve their spirit points while classes distributed their class t-shirts. The lunch noon-hour was also a success, gathering a large crowd toward the end due to the lunch food booths. The games were themed, "music game day," connecting the movie character dress up with musical games for entertainment.
