HOMECOMING GAME - AIEA V. LEILEHUA


September 17, 2010: As the stressful but enjoyable homecoming day ran on, teachers, friends, students, parents and families of both Aiea Naalii's and Leilehua Mules gathered at Aiea High Schools' track and field for the most excited game of the season, homecoming! The heat was on and JV with a score of 21 - 14 and varsity 16 - 7. During half-time the marching band did their performance and the placing for the three sections of homecoming were announced. Although it wasn't the best homecoming game, the boys kept it together as one the entire night and left the field with their heads up high, ready to take on the next challenge. HOMECOMING WEEK - DAY 4: CHARACTER DRESS UP

September 16, 2010: The day before homecoming, students gained more spirit and competitivness. The dress-up theme was "movie character dress up." Students wore halloween-like costumes all over the campus, mimicking their favorite movie characters. Each class made their way to A5 during wiki to retrieve their spirit points while classes distributed their class t-shirts. The lunch noon-hour was also a success, gathering a large crowd toward the end due to the lunch food booths. The games were themed, "music game day," connecting the movie character dress up with musical games for entertainment.
