DOE Preschool Inclusion Play Day 2014

On Thursday, April 17th, Aiea High School's Peer Education students and Hawaii State Student Council representatives participated in this year's Central District's service project, Preschool Play Day at Mililani District Park. Students ran game booths and ensured every child was having fun and being safe. There were a variety of games, including a ball pit, tunnel, obstacle course, sea horse bounce, and see-saw.  Many students left with a refreshed mindset, coming to realize and understand that everyone is beautiful regardless of their unique differences. Also, they came back with the message "Spread the word to end the word."
