STUDENT GOVERNMENT GENERAL ELECTIONS



March 3, 2011: Aiea High School's student government general elections were held in the AHS library during lunch on March 3. After an intense campaign for the primary elections, the heat rose for the positions in which two candidates were running. The week of the general elections, candidates campaigned all around the school with smiles, posters, flyers and treats for their peers. The results of the elections are posted below. HOMECOMING WEEK - DAY 4: CHARACTER DRESS UP

September 16, 2010: The day before homecoming, students gained more spirit and competitivness. The dress-up theme was "movie character dress up." Students wore halloween-like costumes all over the campus, mimicking their favorite movie characters. Each class made their way to A5 during wiki to retrieve their spirit points while classes distributed their class t-shirts. The lunch noon-hour was also a success, gathering a large crowd toward the end due to the lunch food booths. The games were themed, "music game day," connecting the movie character dress up with musical games for entertainment.
