WINTERBALL PREPARATION



December 13, 2010: With Aiea's biggest winter event, winterball coming right around the corner the three P's come first: practice, planning, and preparation. After coming to a final decision of our winterball theme, "Everything I Ever Wanted" and colors, lilac, light blue and cream, student association put together ideas for centerpeices and other decorations. And with the winterball court on a set schedule for practice dates, the never-ending planning process and the invitation and decoration prep, Aiea's on the road to a great 2010 winterball! HOMECOMING WEEK - DAY 4: CHARACTER DRESS UP

September 16, 2010: The day before homecoming, students gained more spirit and competitivness. The dress-up theme was "movie character dress up." Students wore halloween-like costumes all over the campus, mimicking their favorite movie characters. Each class made their way to A5 during wiki to retrieve their spirit points while classes distributed their class t-shirts. The lunch noon-hour was also a success, gathering a large crowd toward the end due to the lunch food booths. The games were themed, "music game day," connecting the movie character dress up with musical games for entertainment.
