Aiea High School Student Activities

Aiea High School Participated in this year's Secondary Student Conference at the State Capital Saturday Feb 27, 2016   Secondary Student Conference 2016 Nothing like spending a Saturday with friends learning how our govt. functions. Special Thank you to City Council Member and former Aiea HS SA officer Brandon Elefante, and Representative Aaron Johanson for always being willing to help at student events. Lunch with the Law Makers.

Perry and Zachary from Kailua High School,  will Travel to D.C. in March to participate in the 54th United States Senate Youth Program (USSYP) in Washington D.C. The class of 2019 enjoyed a night with their classmates.  Movie night, food, games and making lasting friendships. Thank you to our class advisor Ms. J for all your time and support... You da best! Thank you to all the chaperones, without your support, this night wouldn't have been possible! Class of 2019 Officers you guys ROCK!

Aiea High School's "Stop If You Love Me", push to bring awareness to the problem of distracted driving,  started it's week long campaign at the local news station, Hawaii News Now's "SunRise" morning show. Aiea High School's Peer Education program, had a week of activities during recess and lunch.  One of those activities was to encourage students to pledge and sign the "Stop if you Love Me" banner.  They pledged to not be a"distracted driver", and to also remind others to not text and drive.   STOP IF YOU LOVE ME! DON'T BE A DISTRACTED DRIVER...ARRIVE ALIVE, DON'T TEXT AND DRIVE.
