C.A.R.E. ASSEMBLY

November 24, 2010: Aiea High School held it's first 2010 - 2011 C.A.R.E. recognition assembly to congratualte students with great academics and school participation. On November 22, student's period 6 teachers passed out a great number of slips to their constituents inviting them to the assembly. Teachers recognized and congratulated the students with first quarter perfect attendence, the honor roll label with a 3.8 GPA and higher and the principals list students with a 4.0 GPA and above. 11/16 BLOOD DRIVE

November 16, 2010: Aiea High School's first 2010 - 2011 blood drive was held in front of Q-building on campus. The Blood Bank of Hawaii visited AHS, and students ages seventeen and up with a weight of at least 110 were eligible to donate blood. Eager to donate, the students donated a total of 43 pints of blood, while our goal was 35 pints! We sure can't wait for another successful blood drive! TALENT SEARCH ASSEMBLY

November 12, 2010: The talent search assembly was held on Friday, November 12 in the AHS school gym. The remaining acts from the first cut of the competitiom prepared for the performance they've all been waiting for, hoping to place in one of the top three places. The seven acts picked up their confidence and competition and brought it out to the stage. Congratulations to our talent search first, second and third place winners! AHS CRAFT FAIR 2010

November 6, 2010: The Aiea High School craft fair was held on Saturday, November 6 from 9 am until 12 pm at Aiea High Schools campus. Although the gloomy weathers took the skies overhead, voluntary positions and the numerous guests never failed. Various school clubs and organizations manned food booths, craft sales and children's games and activities for a fun filled day for the entire community. It sure was a pleasant way to celebrate an average saturday! (Click on the images provided above to enlarge)
