WELCOME BACK PREP




With the 2010-2011 school year coming right around the corner, Aiea High School's spirited executive council met up during the summer to prepare for the upcoming welcome back assembly. Our council worked to create their costumes and learn the coreography for the performance that'd introduce them to the entire school. The theme of the five performances was "Childhood Memories," a great way to entertain our audience and look back on our past. (Click on images provided above to enlarge)

HOMECOMING WEEK - DAY 4: CHARACTER DRESS UP

September 16, 2010: The day before homecoming, students gained more spirit and competitivness. The dress-up theme was "movie character dress up." Students wore halloween-like costumes all over the campus, mimicking their favorite movie characters. Each class made their way to A5 during wiki to retrieve their spirit points while classes distributed their class t-shirts. The lunch noon-hour was also a success, gathering a large crowd toward the end due to the lunch food booths. The games were themed, "music game day," connecting the movie character dress up with musical games for entertainment.
